This year’s Cars and Coffee was our biggest one yet. We closed the road directly in front of Sherwood Motorcars to expand the event space, allowing even more show vehicles and spectators to be part of the morning.
Bringing the Community Together
From supercars and classics to custom builds and daily drivers, the event brought together automotive enthusiasts from all over the community to connect, share stories, and enjoy the atmosphere.
In Support of Sport Central
Guests were encouraged to bring donations of sports equipment in support of Sport Central, helping local kids gain access to sport and recreation opportunities throughout the community.
More Than a Car Show
With coffee, music, packed streets, and an incredible turnout, Cars and Coffee continues to grow into one of our favourite community events of the year.
The 10 Year Diamond Anniversary of First Response to Fashion brought together frontline workers, supporters, and members of the community for an unforgettable evening in support of PTSD therapy and research.
A Night to Remember
Hosted at Sherwood Motorcars, guests enjoyed a red carpet experience complete with appetizers, drinks, live auction items, designer runway shows, and an incredible atmosphere throughout the night.
Supporting Our Frontline Workers
The event helped raise awareness and support for PTSD research and treatment initiatives, while giving guests the opportunity to hear powerful stories from frontline workers and members of the University of Alberta PTSD research team.
Community, Connection, and Celebration
From the runway shows to the after party, the evening was a celebration of the people who serve our communities every day and the ongoing efforts to support their mental health and wellbeing.
At Sherwood Motorcars, we’re proud to support Highway to Healing, a meaningful community event focused on raising funds and awareness for mental health initiatives. In collaboration with the Mental Health Foundation, the event brought together automotive passion and purpose to support vulnerable populations, with a open discussion from panelists who have faced addiction and mental illness first hand. All proceeds from the event went directly toward expanding access and awareness to critical mental health services in our community.
