This 1991 Nissan BNR32 GT-R has been meticulously transformed into an R32.4 restomod, featuring an American-made Bee-R widebody kit and a carefully developed “stock-plus” philosophy that preserves the original character of the factory car while elevating its performance, presence, and drivability.

Over the course of more than a year and a half, the build was fully restored, refined, and documented from start to finish. The body was stripped, repaired, and carefully reworked wherever corrosion was found—including areas such as the rear spats and body lift points. Rust was removed, custom patch panels were fabricated, and all repairs were documented before the body was refinished and the widebody kit was precisely fitted. The goal throughout was factory-level integration, ensuring the final presentation appears as though it could have rolled out of Nissan’s own production line.

Extensive fabrication work was carried out to enhance both form and function. Custom fiberglass brake ducts were created to properly feed the OEM brake cooling tunnels, while additional structural integration allows factory inner fenders and undertrays to bolt on exactly as intended. The front bumper ducting has been carefully engineered to align with the intercooler end tanks, sealed with precision-fit EPDM to maximize cooling efficiency. A bespoke twin-turbo merge pipe was fabricated for improved airflow, and intake piping was refined with smoothed internal welds and die-ground finishes to promote optimal flow characteristics.

The exterior is completed with R34-style lighting, side markers, and front emblem sourced from Japan, giving the car a distinctive and cohesive front-end aesthetic. Mechanically, the car features Garrett R34 N1 turbos, ported ITBs and cylinder head, an OS Giken twin-plate clutch with lightweight flywheel, and an HKS Super Dragger exhaust. The result is a highly responsive setup that delivers strong, linear power all the way to an 8,000 RPM rev limit, with an engaging and character-rich exhaust note.

Producing approximately 470 WHP, this GT-R blends raw performance with refined drivability, offering an exceptionally connected and rewarding street driving experience. Every modification was executed with precision, aiming to enhance the car without compromising its original integrity or feel.

This build stands as a true one-off interpretation of the R32 GT-R philosophy—refined, purposeful, and deeply engaging to drive. It is being offered only due to an overseas relocation, as the current owner would otherwise keep it.
