What types of events can your space accommodate?

Sherwood Motorcars is capable of hosting a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings and networking events to special celebrations and parties. We provide a unique space perfect for any event.

How large is the event space?

Our large showroom offers over 14,000 square feet of space to accommodate events of various sizes.

How many guests will the space accommodate?

The Sherwood Motorcars venue can accommodate multiple sizes of events from small to large groups. Party sizes are subject to layout and type of event. Please contact our team for further details and we’d be happy to work with you on a one-to-one basis.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes! Sherwood Motorcars’ venue offers ample parking for guests, including accessible parking. Additionally, our venue space provides easy access through large doors to accommodate vendor delivery trucks. For added convenience and luxury, we can provide valet service as an add-on to your event.

Are pets allowed?

Certified service animals are welcome at Sherwood Motorcars. General inquiries regarding pets can be discussed on a per-event basis to best meet the needs of your event and our venue.

We want to ensure your event runs smoothly! That’s why we offer more than just an event space. When you host an event with Sherwood Motorcars, you’ll receive the support of a complimentary concierge to help you prepare for your event.

How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend reaching out to Sherwood Motorcars to book your event 3-6 months in advance to secure your desired date. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred plans and timeline.

Facilities and Equipment

What audio/visual equipment is available?

Sherwood Motorcars has a variety of audio/visual setups available including televisions to play your photos and video, plus an easily accessible sound system to reach the entire floor.

Can we bring in our own vendors or equipment?

Looking to include additional vendors or equipment rentals for your event? Sherwood Motorcars welcomes working with outside vendors. Our complimentary concierge is available to help communicate with you and outside vendors to meet your and their requirements for your event.

Is the space accessible for individuals with disabilities?
