For many years, top builders have been applying the Pro-Touring treatment to their high-end builds. Camaros,Chevelles, Novas and Corvettes being the typical candidates for big money builds that have it all. This 1962 GMC 910 is a perfect example of what a top-notch builder puts together when the want to stand outfrom the crowd and turn some heads. It ticks all the same boxes that a lot of other Pro-Touring cars do;supercharged LS Crate Engine, overdrive transmission, tubular suspension components, big brakes and highattention to detail throughout. However, the look, the stance and the style of this GMC ensures that it sill neverblend into a sea of traditional muscle.
On the outside, you get an idea of the muscular nature of this truck, with the slick Cortez Silver paintcomplimented by a custom Yenko stripe usually reserved for very special Camaros and Chevelles. Of course, theynever made a Yenko truck back in the day, but this one backs up the tribute with serious power, courtesy of a GMLSA Supercharged Crate Engine and GM 4L80E automatic transmission.
The engine and drivetrain are a great example of the quality of the components used throughout this truck. ManyLS Swaps run with junkyard engines that are lucky if they even get cleaned before they get bolted into their newhome.
