No expense was spared in turning this Shelby into a killer street machine, reliably delivering over an estimated 900+ horsepower!It all starts at the bottom, with a total engine upgrade courtesy of Billet Pro Shop, who applied their expertise to the factory long-block to ensure that it is ready to handle big-time horsepower. Upgraded Sleeves were machines to accept upgraded Forged Pistons and H-Beam Rods. The 32-Valve Heads were fully ported and High-performance camshafts spin on top of upgraded valve springs and retainers. Fasteners from ARP were used to bolt it all together, ready for big boost from the massive Gen 3 Whipple 3.8 Liter Supercharger.Supporting mods appear all over this build, wherever they were deemed appropriate. These include upgrades to the Heat Exchanger, Throttle Body, Fuel System, Air Intake, Rear Differential Carrier and Gearset, Clutch, Trans, Shifter and Suspension. No corners were cut anywhere, with more than $60,000 in upgrades being invested in this build.The result is a totally sorted out car that delivers mountains of aggressive power when your foot is down, but remains simple and easy to drive at part throttle in traffic. Rolling into the power is easy, as the big blower delivers acceleration that feeds the tires as much as they can handle.
